Return Policy
With a receipt: Any returned items accompanied by a receipt dated within 30 days of purchase will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method. No refund will be issued after 30 days.
Without a receipt: Refunds and exchanges made without a receipt and purchased within 30 days will reflect the lowest "on sale" price within the last 30 days, plus applicable sales tax. A refund will be issued only in the form of Merchandise Return Voucher or credit on an in-house account.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.
Monogrammed, personalized and altered items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Delivery / Shipping Policy
Shipping and handling charges for standard delivery and express delivery will be added to your purchase based on actual shipping costs plus packaging costs.
Some heavy or bulky items have an additional shipping and handling charges. These additional charges will be reflected on the invoice.
Some items are shipped in original manufacturer boxes and the product may be displayed on the carton.
Standard or Express Delivery:
Standard Delivery: You can expect delivery in 2 to 7 working days. Most orders are shipped FedEx Ground or USPS. Usually, UPS or FedEx will ring your doorbell, then leave the package in a sheltered area. USPS will deliver the package in your mailbox if it fits or put it by your door.
Gift Cards: Gift Cards are sent by USPS and usually arrive a week after ordering.
Express Delivery: You can expect delivery in 1 to 2 working days for orders placed prior to 2:00pm CST for non-customized items. Express delivery orders are shipped FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2nd Day. FedEx will ring your doorbell, then leave the package in a sheltered area.
Special Delivery Items: Some Heavy or Bulky Items are too large for UPS, FedEx or USPS and require an additional delivery charge. These items can only be delivered by truck to your home or office:
• For most orders, you will be contacted in 7 to 14 days to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Standard delivery is only to the inside of your door and does not include unpacking, setup or removal.

Supplier Shipped Items: Items sent to you directly from the manufacturer, may take extra delivery time. These items cannot be picked up at the store. Express delivery to your home or office is available.
